CSV Export / Import
Export backup — Downloads a CSV containing every user's bcrypt password hash and API signing secret. ⚠ This file contains credential data. Store it securely and do not share it.
Import Users from CSV
Two CSV formats are supported — distinguished by the header row:

Backup restore — header:
id,username,password_hash,role,api_secret
Imports existing bcrypt hashes so passwords continue to work. Hashes are never re-hashed. Existing usernames are skipped. -
Bulk create — header:
username,password,role
Accepts plaintext passwords (min 12 chars) which are immediately bcrypt-hashed. Plaintext is never stored or logged. Role defaults touser_l1if omitted. Canonical roles:admin,user_l1,user_l2,user_l3. Legacy values (user,role1,role2,role3) are also accepted on import for backward compatibility.
Conflicts are handled non-destructively: existing usernames and duplicates within the file are skipped and reported. No existing account is overwritten or deleted.
